Perpetua - I'm going to try and make some PVC tomorrow :-) Could you please tell me if I need to start with an open bottle steep after mixing and for how long? Main steep at least 4 weeks? Many thanks :-)

Perpetua - I'm going to try and make some PVC tomorrow :-) Edited that for you ghostrider1971 . . . . . have faith! Could you please tell me if I need to start with an open bottle steep after mixing and for how long? With those concentrates it's not essential to ' breathe ' them as they're quite soft flavours . . . . but an overnight cap off won't do any harm. Main steep at least 4 weeks? The longer the better I find with a straight custard flavour - a minimum of 4 weeks, such mixes may well be vapeable before then ghostrider1971. Just not necessarily at their nicest. Once you get into a regular cycle of mixing you'll find steep times fly by without you barely noticing them, honestly.
