Hi everyone
One of my evod s from my new starter kit has ceased to work! The battery charger says its fully charged, so what's happening?

Check the head inside the tank is screw's in firmly. Try another atomiser to see if it's the battery or the atomiser that's not working.
Is the light coming on when you press the battery button?

I've checked the tank with my other battery and its not that. It seems to be the battery. Put simply everything's fine until I try to use this dud battery?

It could be the centre pin has been pushed down, try and prize it up 1 or 2 millimeters (no more!) and see if that helps, make sure your battery is turned off before doing that.  |

Have you turned the battery on we have alot of customers that forget the 3-5 clicks on / off (depending on what battery it is ) |

Yes battery is on, the light works but that's it!
its like its dead but the charger says its not.
