Spinning head, bye bye wick

Here's a new one, I have finally worked out why one of my new T4s from fasttech keeps leaking. It is because every time I screw it on, or unscrew it from any battery, the head spins round, and the wick curls itself round the coil, and goes back inside.
Short of gaffa taping the head down inside, what can I do? The rubber grommet seems more than happy to spin around all the time.
It's taken 3 recoilings for me to work this out...

I had a similar thing with Vivi Novas,e atty head would unscrew bit by bit when i unscrewed the top to refill it!
