Carto tank vs Protank. No contest. Carto tank by miles. Cartos £1 each (£5 for 5) and get days and days out of them. More expensive? yes, obviously if you are re-wicking the Protank. If my house was raided tonight by e-cig shiny thieves, I doubt I'd even miss the Protank. So if you were to pretend you were raided, and actually send your Protank to me, then you still wouldn't miss it

Ahhh - sorry mate It's ok dude, Just to answer some of your original post anyway, I think you'll get more flavour from a carto in a tank, although the filler may "dampen" some of the flavour, the amount the ProTank air-ates the juice dilutes the flavour somewhat, although aniseed is one of those flavours you could vape through 10 metres of garden hose and still taste - lovely stuff can't wait to mix some up.

How many shiny's you got? haha Not enough. Most of my stuff is most un-shiny. Novas and Evods are lacking in shine and then there's Protank, his brother and a pair of AGRs. ....must get more shiny stuff.....

I can see the pros & cons of both systems, but weighing up everything, that comment has just sold it to me. Ready to press the fire button on the Protank, unless djs wants me to steal his Is the Protank a similar kind of vape to an EVOD?

Oh, in reply to the question "Is the Protank a similar kind of vape to an EVOD?" I'd say YES! but I actually prefer the evod.

Has the slow-boat left yet? I hit the button 3 minutes ago on a Protank. Had to order her indoors some toothbrush heads as well, to make up the shipping.
Thanks everyone for the help - I will eventually try a DCT, but for now, the protank seemed like the better option for me.
