I will quote myself, eventually had a reply from Billy | GreyHaze about discount codes not working that the vendor has advertised on here and potv, he has disabled them, that is all the info i had in the reply to my email to them, a post on here and on POTV where you have a banner ad advertising the discount code should be posted by the vendor imo, and an edit to your posts on here to take off the advertised dizzy codes would be appreciated, this would avoid me and others having to contact you through your contact system

Billy | GreyHaze does not want to let his customer service slip especially his contact time which i thought was a one off when it happened to me and mine was just a general sales enquiry, but the last few posts seem to say otherwise, the time it takes to contact customers needs to get shorter a lot shorter or custom will and has gone elsewhere, just some food for thought Billy

Im a rather unhappy customer ,I've emailed support directly a number of times about a (re)order i made possibly being mislabeld as it was nothing like the original from a previous order , alas no reply .. so i left a review on the offending item and I've just noticed to my absolute disgust it was removed! the review was in no way offencive or contain anything warranting it to be removed other than my advice to give it a miss.
i can now see why there are only GOOD or NO reviews

the bad ones are removed! BOOOO!

I know what you mean, I had an order cancelled an refunded and I had no idea why. I used their contact procedure and e-mailed for some feedback and an explanation and I never got a reply
Not used them since
