I order a Blitz Enterprises Hatty RDA from there a while ago and they sent me the Blitz Enterprises Hannya by mistake.
I couldn't be bothered sending it back i didn't have the Hannya already and they were both the same price anyway but i did email them and tell them they sent the wrong one, they got back to me right away and gave me a 10% discount code to use on a future order.
