I have another question! Does vaping discolour your teeth?...has anyone noticed that it is haven't a dicolouring effect on their teeth? Yes runninglady I find the nicotine still stains my teeth & your hands if your not careful, but then again so does tea & coffee. I find I drinking more tea since I started vaping which doesn't help. Coffee and tea will stain teeth because of the tannin in them: www.ehow.com/facts_5538968_tannin-acid-stain-teeth.htmlI'm drinking loads more coffee and fluids generally since vaping so my teeth still do get stained, but it's nothing like as bad as when I smoked and a quick clean and scale every few months at the Dentist soon sorts that out. It's a small price to pay for overall greatly improved oral health is my thinking.
