Just looked at my banner and noticed that it says one year, one month and one day.

Hopefully some day it will say ten years, ten months and ten days.

Och, dream on Lobey, but hi, wouldn't that be really something?

Well done, I've just started on my journey to stay smoke free and I look forward to the day when I can say I've stopped for a year. I pretty sure you'll reach your goal of ten years, ten months and ten days .

It is not so long since I thought that one year was an impossible dream, never mind longer than that, but I am really enjoying the vaping, a lot more than I ever enjoyed cigarettes and I was on them for almost 50 years.

But perhaps better than the enjoyment of vaping, is my enjoyment of better health and more money to spend on other equally enjoyable things, especially those things that I can enjoy with the wife.
