My wife has just got this phone,when she makes or receives a call the are several little boxes pop up on the bottom of the screen,one of these says end call but sometimes the boxes disappear and she has no way to cut off the call,does anyone have one with the same problem and how do you solve it,thanks.

I don't have that phone but I have a HTC One, and on that the same thing happens. If I move the phone, the boxes come back on screen... has she tried tilting it?

Is there a tab at the top of the screen that you can pull down and then end call ?

She hasn't tried the tilt but i will tell her,there is no tab as far as i know,thanks.

Yorkshireman  it might not be visible ...but if you just tap and drag it should work

as the above said there maybe a drop down menu,hold and pull down on top of screen,its probably alerting you there is updates for the phone,we get that on other halfs Motorola razor

When you take the phone away from your ear the phone realises this and then it comes up with all your call options. May take a bit longer depending on the model.

I've got a Galaxy Mini, and this frequently happens.
You need to drag the notification bar down, and will be given a thing to end call. (Swipe down from very top of screen)
