What e-liquid are you using Romney ? & what is the PG/VG %

The higher the PG content, the more throat hit you get, with a higher VG content it will be smoother & you will get more vapour.

Also, what resistance head do you have in your Vivi Nova, they normally come with the 2.4ohm fitted . . . so maybe around 4v's will give you an enjoyable vape.

Hi Chrissie,im using jacvapour e-liquid.i tried 18mg of real tobacco,but it made me feel sick and got headaches.Now im trying Desert Ship 18mg,its slightly better,but still feel slightly sick.I bought 18mg cause I used to smoke 30-40 a day.I enjoy Vaping,but I think I might be vaping to much,if im feeling sick?? using 2ml a day at the most.

That doesn't seem too strong or too much per day if you smoked 30 - 40 a day.

Are you upping your liquid intake as vaping can make you dehydrated?

You could also try cutting the 18mg with VG (vegetable Glycerine) to see if that helps. You can buy a small bottle of glycerine for about 50p from the baking section of most supermarkets or a larger 100 ml bottle from most chemists for about £1.20. Do bear in mind though, it will also cut the flavour as well as the nicotine content.

I started on E-Lites, then JacVapour (V3+PCC) then got into eGo batteries with clearomisers.

Although this isn't the time or place for me to discuss reasons for not using JacVapour, I am surprised you are struggling with 2ml of 18mg juice.

That's my daily intake (and has been for nearly a year) and I smoked 15 rollies a day. I felt quite bad during the acclimatisation period (first month, maybe)...thirst, dizziness, general "overdoing it" (on 24mg). It settles down in the end.

What brand did you smoke? Maybe you are either under or over doing the nicotine?

Hi,thanks for that info.Thats how I feel,dizzy and thirsty.Mouth always dry,i think overdoing it also.The first day I got my jacvapour vgo vv,i started with 18mg of real tobacco.Within 5 or 6 puffs I felt like crap,and felt spaced out.I kept vaping it,just on and off till bedtime.But I never slept all night,i was wide awake? Im surprised to,cause I smoked 30-40 B&H everyday.And after going online I thought 18mg would do me.I enjoy Vaping more than smoking,but hate the dry mouth and slight sick and dizziness feeling all the time.My eyes feel as though I have been talking Pro Plus.

Before starting vaping I was smoking 20+ roll ups a day and I found the 18mg to have the same effect on me, I dropped down to 14-16mg depending on the vendor and I can happily chain vape away on this strength. With the occasional head ache when I get a new flavour that I really like and end up chaining a full protank in a morning >.< But thats my own fault lol.

Romney I think we all suffer from the effects you mention when we first start ... usually a combination of too high nicotine mg and/or chain vaping because we are new-fangled with it all. These side effects will pass in time as your body adjusts. As others have mentioned don't forget to keep well hydrated and please don't be tempted to go back to the stinkies.
