vaperus.ie review

I placed an order with vaperus.ie on the 20th Aug for 2 SS extended Dream atomisers, about an hour later I got e-mail saying order in progress.
Today I think to myself I haven't had dispatch e-mail or received them, so I email them to inquire about them & also to tell them guest tracking feature is not working , No reply all day but just now I get dispatch email !

This is shoddy service a week to dispatch something that was supposedly in stock, it seems obvious to me they some how forgot my order until i emailed them but no email apologising or anything, just standard automated mail saying order dispatched

If this is your level of service vaperus.ie I will not be placing another order with you

I have learned to live with it, it was very painfull but i had no choice as i had to order stuff from greece and spain but the wait was worth it...FT broke my virginity

i love the bit with some vendors place an order select 1st class post yet takes 3 days to get here,will admit only a few done it rest have been through door next day

Hi guys

I believe there gone through some family difficulties at the moment there normally next day but they have staff runing the site at the moment which i believe is contributing to the late deliveries

Postie Just been still no parcel from vaperus

its been exactly 14 days now, I get stuff from china in about 10 days!

16 days now & still no sign of elusive parcel
Have just emailed again (wonders how long to get reply) think I will stick to fasttech from now on they more reliable & answer e-mails more promptly. I have feeling this one will be my first paypal dispute

the wait continues, postman been & gone for the day yet still no sign of my order.
