i think a visit to the places you mentioned will be 1st stop on the way to the west end

and in hindsight i think bond street may be better of swerved unless i lose the mrs

River ferry ride on Westminster pier to Greenwich where the cutty sark is. Really lovely trip on a sunny day. Did it with GD few weeks ago. Plus, good places to eat at Greenwich and they have a good market there and the obvious great naval history.
