asked you over a PM deliberately in advance, so you could answer me today (Thursday 17th September) if you have any info about my order as supposedly it arrived in UK on Monday morning and been processed at sorting facility. But since then nothing happened.
Also response from you which I do find disappointing and since this happened before I have no other option as to raise it over here.
Can you please provide me with the information (should you have any, and if not it would be nice to know that too) on to which carrier has my parcel and if there is any better place to tracking than 17track.net? This is the only site that had ANY tracking information on this parcel, even DHL themselves (which I am lead to believe are the carrier) have no trace of it.
Lastly the order has been put down on the 26th of August as mentioned before and even though I understand that there was the wait for the Kangside device I can't really understand why information as '1 to 2 day for restock' and 'between 6-18 days for delivery' were fed to me by your website and yourself?
Clearly this is not the case and even though numerous recommendations from users of this forum that I have seen posted something either went wrong or this is just a clear evidence that good customer service and reasonable delivery times are not as they seem.

It pains me to have to submit posts like the one above but I am under very strong impression that purposely I am being ignored and some information is hidden from other users not to show that when things go wrong the vendor doesn't really put much interest in resolving the issue unless it is publicly displayed.

I do apologize to other users to have to read this post and would like to again emphasize that I wouldn't do this unless forced indirectly.

Lastly I hope that I am just a singular example of what happened and others won't have the same issues.

Now I am awaiting a reply from Foclecig about the matter... Hopefully that is going to happen THIS side of the weekend.

If it arrived in Heathrow Monday it will be in the hands of the customs office there, and then RM (I've never known of a courier to be used).

Heathrow Monday, should be with you very soon, but I have had a parcel held at LHR for 5 days before RM get hold of it, I dont think Doris will be able to give you any further info, but you could try the RM tracking site (link is on 17track) although from experience they often dont track it.

naDiel Sorry for late reply, but you are never being ignored.  i tried to reply you yesterday when you sent me PM. But when i clicked "Post quick reply", the site crushed, i wasn't sure if my message sent successfully or not until i log in just now.

I just traced the package by the tracking number, it arrived at Derby, GB, Processed Sort Facility on Sept.14th.
Please give it another few days for the package as Q said. This delay on customs or the destination country's side is out of our direct control, i have to say.
