Does online tracking make the wait better or worse...?

Worse.. much worse!!

My order from pink mule got caught up in the bank holiday..

According to the tracking it was out for delivery as of 5:43am Saturday.

It turned up tuesday morning!

Just placed my first order with Fast tech, and have check the status 3 times already! The rba ready to go but the plastic bottles are due to be ready in like 3 days!
I think it makes it worse :-$

My first couple of orders from China I was checking every day and sometimes more often and stressing out if a status hadn't changed in 2 days etc. After a couple of successful deliveries I wised up and now just order and wait for the postie's knock .......... much less stressful and similar result!

I think as it's the first order I'm more eager! Out of interest what is tty he normal delivery times on Ft items? Managed to be very reserved but there was some lovely pieces I would have liked. But I think my vape budget has been blown this month, I've spent loads (relatively) more than I normally do. But I am now enjoying my first rba. I think the next shopping list will contain a Dripper and a CT, then I think I'm covered, although there are always those little bits like drip tips :-)

gapy360 Once your order has been dispatched it usually take 10 -14 days to reach you (depending on Royal Mail ofc). Dispatch time depends on whether your item is in stock.

Thanks mate, I figured about 2 weeks so wasn't too far off. I guess this is why you guys order regularly so there's a constant trickle of vape mail each week lol

I never look at tracking to be honest but I do check for my "despatched" emails which if they don't arrive has me logging on to check the order status, this is particularly the case with our friends at FT who seem to have no rhyme or reason to how long they take to despatch, regardless of what the stock level says. Once it's sent tho I never check again, it always turns up sooner or later

My last order took about 20 days ... Although that was with a UK bank holiday ... But as has been previously mentioned .. It's not so much the distance but the seemingly unnecessary and completely random length of time FT actually take to pick and despatch the order.... I'm now waiting for an ithaka clone .... Not holding my breath ... It will get here when it gets here

You do have to look to see the stock status on the item page with FT. Most items are in stock or ships next day but some items will say ships in 3 days, 5days or whatever. If it says in stock it will ship quickly, so watch out for items which say ships in 10 days. Its very easy to miss this when ordering a lot of stuff.
