I honestly think a higher mg will help in the morning for sure. Good luck with your battle too I agree there should be a room for you to use. My husbands company don't allow vaping at the desk and the vapers have to stand with the smokers too. I would have found that very tricky in the first 7-8 weeks that's for sure!

Thankyou.will add thats a dummy draw,when my lcd resistance checker panel arrives its going to be house in that draw front,so can use the stand to hold rebuildable and check resistance ,just a gadget really,if it looks silly will make a new draw front lol

I agree with siffy, g3mma that first fag of the day would certainly be banished if you went up a few notches with the nic level. Many people start off with a higher nic juice for 'high stress' situations, and another lower one for sitting in front of the TV.
I've fortunately got to the stage where I use 12mg for the majority of the day, with 8 or even 6mg for evenings, but I've been vaping for nearly 12 months now and it has been a gradual process.
