Hi all, I've been mulling over the SVD as some, well actually most of you already know. I do go on abit lol. Anyways I'm hearing great stories about them but I've also noticed the zmax v3 telescopic. Has anybody any experience of them ? I'm liking the smooth lines and the seemless look in 18350 mode for out and about over the SVD and telescoped out it looks quite sleek. If I do go with the SVD I can see it being an at home exclusive which isn't quite what I want from a vv/vw mod, I'm out and about quite alot. I'm not wanting an itaste vv 3.0 by the way.
I'd love a UK vendor to be offering a ridiculous deal aswell. Doubtful but maybe one of you knowledgable lot knows something I don't......... actually most of you will know alot I dont.
Thankly muchly, Jay

Jay I have one mate this is it next to my dingo also 18350. It does what it is meant to do but it is huge. When I get another VV/VW device (MVP V2 or VTR) it is getting moved on. Let me know if your interested as it could make me get my backside in gear to get a new device Although I am loving mech Mods at the moment.

Hi Jay, i have an svd and mine goes everywhere with me, the only downsides to the zmax imo is the 510 is not flush, Sigelei cant put a screen in straight and bit more of a faff to change settings than the svd. The current deal on myepack is the best around from a uk vendor and i am thinking of purchasing a second over getting the zmax v3 but if you do want one the best deal i have seen from the UK is on Billy | GreyHaze website he has the silver in kit form and the new gunmetal one

Nice mods dude, just needs to be a bit more fair on the zmax as it has an on board pcb which will obviously make the mod bigger due to the electronics inside the dingo is one of the smallest mech's around so not really a fair comparison, nice mods though

I may well be interested ginge7289 you'll have to fill me in on age, condition, usage wear etc as you would in a sale thread, I hope that came across as it's meant Depends on how much the OH is chucking at me as to whether I'd definately go new lol. I've no idea re mech mods, but thats another thread I guess. Jay

richo71 that is a fair point lol, the dingo is tiny. I have not seen any VV/VW (except the provari mini) at a nice handheld size. I have taken the Zmax to work a couple of times and people describe it as a weapon, even other vapers (They are running egos or V3's though) JayJ I have had it 3 weeks this saturday mate, so its pretty new I need another VV/VW device to test my coils though.

ginge7289 I thought the zmax v3 could give an ohms reading ? Sure does. Had mine a couple weeks now. Loving it. 18650 battery lasts me all day from 6 till 6 probably longer too, yesit is a big metal lump but mine has been admired by loads of people both, vapers and non vapers and they were all impressed. my MVP v1 has been consigned to the back up status......

The itaste mini V3 does VV/VW and is the same width and height as a 900 mah spinner, so not much taller or fatter than a standard ego - the battery doesn't have the same oomph as my Vamo or a kicked mech mod though -but it is a fairly portable size. It'll read your coils too which is nice. Won't go sub ohm though. Personally I prefer the slightly bigger width of a mod myself - loving my KTS+ kicked currently, its very pocket sized with an 18350 battery - although I normally rock a spinner or the itaste to work. Envious of that little dingo though - really fancy one or a roller but they are tres pricey.

I dont think you can go wrong with the zmax v3. I must have been lucky as my screen is straight. It's not quite a flush fit, with my Protank on mine I have about 1 1/2 mlls between the mod and the base of the tank. I think it's a good bang for the buck, and so versatile with batterie size as its telescopic. I also have the SVD but use the zmax more

JayJ If I was in the market for a vv,vw,ohm reading electronic mod at this moment in time, my no brainer purchase would be the MVP mk2 from Fasttech at £29.67 delivered and complete with 2 of the best clearos on the market the iClear 16s. Very compact in size, massive battery that will give you 2 days heavy vaping, and no need to buy batteries and a separate charger. I have got the MVP mk1 and an SVD but this MVP mk2 would replace both of them in terms of function.

just got my zmax and I'm more than happy. Although I wouldn't say its an out and about device, for portability go for the mvp v2 from myepack whilst its on offer.

I'd get a couple of 18350's and use it in short mode, my out and about is mostly in the drivers seat. Long mode if I'm attention seeking lol. I may well get an mvp at some point but I'm not sure I could love it even though it seems so practical. So no joy with finding a uk vendor for the zmax v3 telescope thats cheaply muchly so far.
