wont be ordering again from focalcig, very poor coms, items never arrived, no refund, no correspondence, nothing .. sorry Foclecig lost a customer here and wont be referring friends to your site either, pretty disappointing Think the initial helpfulness of vendor got us all sucked in, now i notice more people asking where their purchases might be .. oh well

She also said that orders without tracking will have to wait 55 days before asking for a replacement or a refund for an item. I'm also very disappointed in the service, this has completely put me off buying anything else from China again.

You have made your point very clear. As to comms, if you sign into your focalecig account you can see the status of your order and when shipped. If you contact doris by PM she always responds and plenty have had nothing but good things to say about her and the support she gives. You are unhappy, fine, I accept that and maybe it is china in general you should not be ordering from but please give your orders time to arrive.

I've ordered from focalecig 4 times now, 2 have arrived (including a 'group buy'. Of the last two, one was shipped on 6/10/13 and the other is too recent to have been shipped yet.

Well I was impressed with the 40% sale and two weeks from order to arrival was fine
But I paid for my Protank II on the group buy on 27/09 and still nothing - no idea when it shipped as I seemed to have neglected to actually register for an account when I bought it but over a month is starting to push it even for shipping from China

China buying appears to be very random with delivery times. They must receive a vast amount of orders from around the globe. Service might not be the best and fortunately I haven't had to have that experience, yet. I've placed 4 orders with focal and three have arrived one just this morning, an evod I got for 59 cents in the trigger finger buy type of thing they do. The other two orders that arrived were a bit more expensive than that, shhh. I am now awaiting 2 mini protank 2's ordered on the 14th October posted on the 24th. Thats 10 days from ordering to posting, not great but thats what I expect from China. Also China customs are playing a big roll in our delivery times right now.
I think if focal wanted to rip us all off deliberately the trigger finger thing they do would be the way to do it but some of the items they sell in that promotion they only have 1 of. Increase that to a few hundred per item and you could imagine how quick the money would roll in.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Doris is genuine and up front in her representation of focalecigs, i have exchanged a few mails with doris as i was interested in how the whole china to uk buying system worked; and whilst i think she is still very new and maybe a little overawed by the vaping culture, i think shes doing her best to learn as fast as she can(Looking between the lines i think when her boss asked her to take on the ecig part of wallbuys both her and her boss had no inklling of just how sophisticated this market has become....just as a few months ago i thought all that was out there were a choice of skycig,elite and co) Fasttech are way ahead of focalecigs just now(clearly getting well advised from somewhere) But fasttech are not without their delivery issues either! However there is no point in ignoring the elephant in the room and i can see day by day the early work focalecig put in to gain customer trust is being eroded which i think is unfortunate as potentially they are a very good addition to buying options for us. A few pointers from me (and maybe some from you? ) may help them to in turn help us. All intended as honest constructive criticsm 1)the website needs a major rethink as its cluttered,....outdated info should be removed much more swiftly than currently being done 2)the companies asking alot from doris as far as customer communication is concerned(it basically comes down to goodness knows how many pm s and forum posts to answer),they need a good infrastructure and a turn around in company policy to communicate with their customers(i get the impression the info is not always getting down the line to doris quick enough for her to in turn communicate on) 3)They need to pull all references of eliquids,batteries etc fropm the website that they cannot get through HK and china post until they have a certain and surefire route out of china and over here...it causes confusion and mistrust 4) as an aside i personally think they should stop trying to replicate fasttech and create their own identity I am a fan of both fasttech and focalecigs in many ways and will continue to order from both companies on the understanding that im happy to wait a month...six week but thereafter its getting a little silly Just a few thoughts and hopefully no offence taken by focalecigs should they read this Now wheres by protank 2 order

For one of my packages which is delayed, Focalecig have refunded. The refund is also on basis of trust if my package arrives which I still expect it to, then I pay them again. They could have waited longer to refund. So as the delay is out of their control and is the post, I have absolutely no problem in trusting focalecig.
