Myepack, good honest vendor.

I'd just like to give myepack and my experience with them a quick mention. Sorry I haven't done this earlier when it was fresh as when credit is due it should be given, my bad there.

I ordered an iclear16 clearo and a packet of kanger heads from myepack. When I opened my envelope which was very promptly delivered the kanger heads were there but no iclear16, just an iclear16 head.

I gave myepack a quick call, I believe it was Ash I spoke too ? AllI can say is great service. He appologised and informed me his kids were around the day before when he had been packing and had maybe been distracted. He said he would pop the iclear16 in the post asap and no need to return the head he had sent in error. True to his word the iclear16 arrived the very next morning.

Vendors are human and this little error and the honesty would actually give me comfort in ordering again. Well done myepack.

I would like to second this. I bought an mvp v2 that came with the iclear 30. I added a replacement coil with my order as it made sense to. The mvp is great no problems at all. I used the iclear 30 and eventually after some time the juice began to taste "funny" so I decided to change the coil. I connected it up to the mvp and the green light stayed on indicating a problem. I know it's only a couple of quid but just thought I'd email and ask myepack to see what they thought the problem was. I'd not come across this before. Admittedly I never got a reply to my email but the very next day I received a replacement coil through the post. You can't argue with that and I will definitely use them again. :-)

Honest? The bugga is about 2 mile from me and he didn't tell me that when I ordered from him - I could've walked over and picked it up but he made me pay postage

Had no problems with this vendor and he was pretty quick responding to emails too.

Big plus 1 to all the previous posts. Never had a problem with any order with Ash and super fast despatch.
