Due to finding my trusty fluke multimeter which I thought was lost for ever(wife lent it to bro in law grrrrr lol) I am selling/swapping my back up to my precision gold which was my back up to my fluke(even I don't need 3 multimeters-well I do but the wife says I don't if I am to be allowed any more shiny things lol) So it's a non auto ranging digital multi meter brand new in box approx 2 weeks old with probes battery etc. measures acv dcv ohms dca with diode and continuity test. Backlit display etc for measuring coils in the dark lol wanting £5 plus post for it- choice of postal service up to you or swaps for summat interesting and preferably shiny lol. prepared to make cash adjustment your way for any item that takes my fancy. Not having had one to test against my calibrated fluke I couldn't say. Bloody good price though. For that cash I'd be tempted to try it. If it's shite then you could always buy mine assuming you survive the experience if you use high volts to test it. 3 phase is often a good test to find out if your meter is any good  easy to test with a known length of known quality resistance wire if you only want it for checking coils. Not sure if I'd risk that on higher voltage or amps tho. Any more questions feel free to ask cheers Richie |
