www.wiwo.de/politik/europa/kein-arzneimittel-e-zigarette-mehrheit-im-eu-parlament-fuer-freien-handel/8857824.htmlNo medicine: E-cigarette: Majority in the EU parliament for free trade"I assume that the industry will get its way in this point, after their brutal lobbying", told MEP Karl-Heinz Florenz this paper. Florenz expects that a majority of the EU parliament will vote for free trade on the 8th of october. (...) So Mr. Florenz is actually rallying his last troops for the last desperate stand - but he already prepares for the defeat. Mr. Florenz is one of the worst ANTZ we have in Germany. This is good news =)

Great news, but not an excuse to let up on pressing our message home. You can bet they won't, tell them, tell them again, then tell them some more That was my old dad's teaching mantra! He knew what he was talking about.

Thanks for that chrisde - it's good to know how other countries in the EU are fairing over this issue. As far as I can tell, we have all the UK MEPs except McAven and her labour cronies on board - not sure we'll turn them though - they all appear to be "toeing the party line"
