Ordered two of them and a choddy received all of them today, so I fired up the ithaka, hardly any vapour and lots of gurglyness, so stripped it down and found the o'ring was split, so eventually found a spare, put back together, shorting strip down again, a couple of times,then fitted new coils, still no joy, so took it all completely apart and started from scratch with one coil woo hoo we is working and it's what one would expect with just the one coil fitted, still plenty of vapour, good taste, lovin the air control can wait a bit now till I try fitting it with two, or I may try filling the other one and presuming it works straight out the box, or bag as that's what it comes in, and compare the one to two coils, but at the moment I'm just glad of a vape lol

Bluefish it could be shorting because the second coil is touching the juice release drip tip, when you coil it push both coils down so they sit just below the top edge so the juice release drip tip cannot touch the top coil.

What device are you using to fire it on?

If I try to fire a coil thats less than 1.2ohms my evic shows atty short due to the internal limits.

What ohms was the dual coil coming out at?

Mine had load of gaps caused by the o rings, so i took all the body ones out. No leaks

I'm really pleased with it, well worth the money, even if I did have to order an authentic steel ring the same price as the atty.

I had exactly the same problem with my FT Ithaka .... The o-ring that rolls over the terminal post was completely split. I'm pretty sure it doesn't just keep the wire legs tidy but it's actually there to form a seal between the components. I haven't got a replacement so I tried to make one out of a bit of rubber... Sort of works but getting gurgles.

Spoke to grey haze about spares.. They may have some o-rings to fit in a few days either from the magoo or Terminator... I'm really hacked off because the single coil I made after a few attempts was producing loads of vapour at 2 ohms on my Vamo

Ain't got the FT one so i maybe wrong but it sounds like not enough wick to hold the juice, put some flavor bedding on top to hold the juice more and find the sweet spot for juice control, you may also try and line just one chamber up instead of both of them when putting together but that also depends on what ratio your juice is.

Are you sitting comfortably? then I'll begin, Now i don't know what the minimum ohm's an EH Pro Z-Max will work at but it's not 1 Ohm, however a drawtube will work with a 1 ohm coil. yes I'm an arse lol was getting low load all the time, then it occured to me that it might be because of low Ohm's and not a short, so shoved it on the Drawtube and it worked straight away It's not really funny though

A fair ammount, juice is only 70/30 though, Just put an 18650 battery in instead of 18350, now we're talking
