Hi all hope you are well,

Just a little update again, I survived the weekend and the Monday morning blues!!!! I'm so happy and confident now that I will not go back to the smokes. I still carry both with me and the thought of having them is working the way I hoped, like a little security blanket rather than "smoke me smoke me you know you want to" so I will keep doing that as it's working for me. I had a mixing sesh over the weekend so have loads of flavours to try once they have steeped to keep things interesting (I get fed up quick!) so hope they all turn out ok, have put an order in for more concentrates and a few shiny bits as I recon I deserve them

Get them stinkies and put them in the bin, begone with the nasty things, for as long as you have them or even see them there will be a little niggle in your brain......it's not you it's your brain reminding you as you have something close to remind you.

Roscopecotrain I got a scar dripper (can't recoil but got one anyway ???) Some more EVOD's as I'm really enjoying them at the moment as getting frustrated with my Protank 2's, also an MVP V2 on the way WHOOP WHOOP

Very nice. If you bring the scar to the meet i can coil it for you. I coiled raids and balllsys at the last meet. Hoping they are still working ok lol. Or i am sure one of us coukd give you a little coiling lesson if you want?

Not sure i will be the best qualified but i will give it a go. The scar is a pain in the ass to coil so i shall coil that for you and get it going and then show you the basics of coiling on a head of one of your tanks if that is ok and show you a single coil setup on my igo w dripper.

Thanks Perpetua I'm enjoying it a lot more now that I dont over do it with the research into everything! We all need a treat every once in a while although mine is more at least once a day
