I swapped flavours in one of my atties yesterday but I can still taste part of the old juice after a full tank through it I don't have a ultrasonic cleaner yet so is there any other tips for washing them out? I currently have it sitting in some bi carb.

I take mine apart as much as possible then give them a good rinse under running water, then soak overnight in a denture tablet. Rinse them in the morning and leave to dry on a paper towel.

+ 1 denture tablet (about 75p for a tube/10 from Tesco) or bicarbonate of soda.

Found if you dissolve denture tablet in Tonic Water, it seems to enhance the effect..

ginge7289, that's exactly the same reason I've got IPA too. Used it too at 75% to clean my heads and pro-tanks. Good stuff.

Ill leave these soaking over night and see if the fragrance has gone, if not Ill bring out the big guns lol.
Normally soaking in boiling water is fine, thats how I wash my drippers out but this would not shift.

I had not even heard of it. So a little update, The SS parts of the Kayfun are free from the fragrance of the old juice, however the clear tank and the O ring at the top where the chimney goes into still smell of it. I guess the easiest thing would be to change the clear tank and the O ring, but are there any other ideas for them?
