I believe the cotton balls may be to protect the bubble wrap from premature pops so we have the pleasure of popping it. You can pop the bubble wrap without affecting its value, and indeed increases the value as it gives the box and bubble wrap a history, but not all the bubbles should be popped, you must leave a few intact.
The bottle in the box and its contents are purely there so the box retains its shape in the post. You can safely store the liquid in your freezer in case you need to use again to send the box on in the future. However some people have found the said contents of the bottle may actually be vaped. How the heck they discovered that one ...goodness knows. Some people will obviously try vaping anything that is liquid. Still, they found it imparts a nice pleasurable feeling of relaxation when diluted with about 5 parts sore throat remedy or Aircraft ice remover.
Apparently some chap called Nick discovered this and it boosted his Ego. Then a battery of other people tried vaping it, about 510, all connnecting together in this pastime.

I had thought it would arrive today, it was dispatched to me on Thursday, I was told it would arrive "early next week" on Friday when I said "It's not here yet"

The bugger with it is this, I took 3 hours off work Friday expecting it to arrive, when my partner was at uni.

Partner's been in all day today, no delivery.

I'm now gonna have to go to work tomorrow and book leave, and if they ring me take the leave as my partner is back at uni 12-whenever and it's sods law it'll turn up then. It's bloody annoying tbh, shit delivery system But they're used to delivering to business where someone is in full time I guess

I'm sat with a pile of boxes, and a massive box full of bottles, just need the stuff to put in it. If it arrives tomorrow it will be bottled in the evening and in the post the next day.

So I'm really sorry for the delay and waiting, I know it's frustrating. If it were a case of it being in England I'd go pick it up, but with it being N.I. I can't
