Does any one know what size the air hole is on the RSST? i think i could do with more air but dont want to drill it too big and break my new toy.

I think its a 1mm from memory I drilled both mine out to 1.3mm and its fine.

Agreed, fairly sure it's 1mm. Way too small! Drilled mine to 1.5mm and they were just right

I have seen them arrive new with either a 1mm or sometimes a 1.2mm air hole.

Been thinking of drilling mine out to 1.5, am waiting on the reduced chamber insert for the top cap so will see what it's like and then drill.

I bought one of the classies that has a 1.5 hole and then bought another with the 1mm hole. The 1.5 is miles better for me I have to say. But the old saying goes you can always take more out but can't always put it back!

If you do ever want to reduce, then the simplest solution is a small brass rivet to block The unwanted hole, you can get them for model railway makers, then start another hole On the other side of the cap.

Ive just drilled it to 1.2 and its better. Dont know if i dare go to 1.5 incase its too much
