eVic head with two screws

I am thinking of buying another eVic, but head only this time not the whole kit, my one i have is the the first version and read there is a second version that has two screws on the base for a stronger fix.

Anyone know where to find one? tried Vapingthings and theirs is the old version, Dan chrisjw i know you have a eVic does your have the two screws?

I know a few who stock them but didn't fancy emailing all of them to ask what one they have so i chose lazy mode and thought i would ask on here

What do you mean by screws Super-Shiny ?

I am also considering getting a second one as my one has a hairline crack in the screen bit

It's not much to worry about, they are glued on with epox glue i think anyway but the extra screws give it that little more strength and if i can get it with them i will, if not i will do with the old version.

I got mine from Safercigs and it has the two screws. However, I think they may only have the full kit.

Some people complained that the top part came off from the screen part as the the glue that kept the top part onto the screen part was weak so they started putting screws aswell with glue to keep both parts together better.

Both of mine have the later design head.

1st was bought from here (price has risen since I ordered mine)

And the second from here

Ps. Neither retailer offers head only..

I would hazard a guess that most stockists of the head only option would still have mk1 heads available..

Yeah i was gonna mail them until i see full kit only as i thought they might have a better chance of having screws due to them getting the eVic later than most

Mine has 2 screws & I brought mine in May but was full kit from bargainvapour

I have two that I got from Totally Wicked, both have two screws but they were part of the full kit.

Maybe you could contact Joyetech UK and find out if theirs, or someone they distribute to have the two screws.
