Hi I know that my spinner restricts airflow on some of my clearos, if I look at the four slits at the top of the ego connection they are smaller than on my other batteries. Some of my 510/ego adapters have only 2 slits instead of 4 and they are even worse. The difference in appearance is very slight but the effect is very noticeable. It is surprising how differently "identical" clearos can react to different circumstances. I presume you have checked that it is "clean" as in there is no gunk or metal slithers where it screws into the ego connection. Small things can make a huge difference in the vaping world. Sometimes you have to just give up on one as a dud, if the others are working then I would bin the base on the one you are having problems with and keep the rest for spares. Having said that a gunked up coil can give airflow problems as well. You could try the same "head" in a different body, or the bottom of the one giving problems on a different body and head. That will at least help you understand which part is causing the problem and help you on your learning curve. Having tried a great many clearos, I wouldn't recommend the CE5s anyway, I would point people straight to iClear16s as they outperform the classic CE5s significantly, even though they look very similar. My mini davides have more than decent airflow on any battery, if you like airy then a BCC of some kind may be worth considering.

It's to do with where the air holes are and the battery connector, you'll find as you use different combinations that the airflow will change, it's just due to discrepancies in manufacture.
Have you tried the clearo on a different battery?
If it's the clearo then the draw will be the same, I've had a couple like that before, send it bak to the vendor letting them know the problem, they'll probably swap them for you.

wolfatthetablelike the man says, he was vaping a heavy VG based juice, it can be a right bugger to wick properly. Try you clearos with a lighter juice and see if that helps.

Ok so my problem isn't EXACTLY the same. The juice is not heavy VG based it is 70% PG 30% VG.
I have tried it on 2 different Eco-C batteries and 2 different Ego-T batteries. Doesn't work on any of them. I have other clearos that work absolutely fine in that sense with teh same liquid and same batteries.
To clarify - it's brand new and it's not that I don't get "much" air through - I get exactly zero. I can't pull on it.
