I think it's about time we raised the spectre of passive alcohol consumption. You drink in public, you breathe out alcohol vapour. That's a scientific fact. And there's no evidence that's not harmful to the people who breathe it in.

Now there's a thought...i guess following on from that it will only be a matter of time before we are individually taxed on the amount of CO2 we expel ?? I didn't bother to vote my self but i did watch the article and found it interesting, but the outcome would only follow the governments will....not that i'd accuse the BBC of rigging a tele-vote.....AGAIN! :-) |
