Hi there I own a Vamo V2 and a Vamo V3. I have seen a Vamo V4 on one website wich looks exactly like what I thought was the V2. Have also heard talk of a V5 and have never seen a V1. Can anyone clear this up for me and explain how many versions there actually are and what the difference is? Thank you

Hi spike
v1 was obviously the original which is recognisable as it has rubber buttons (otherwise looks pretty much the same as the v2
v2 upgraded to chrome buttons and introduction of the ss and upgraded internals
v3 upgraded pcb board , better screen lousy body design
v4 introduced very quickly as v3 got a lousy press for its lpretty much the v3 internals and screen with the v2 design(and somewhere around this time the screw cap was added
v5/v4 upgrade is very much where the confusion lies(is there even a v5 ???) as somewhere the screw of cap came into play and some describe this as the v5 and others say its the v4 upgrade....who knows as anyone and there dog seems to build vamo
The vamos problem is so many manufacturers put out there "vamo" and all apparently legitimate(must be in the licensing) heres a few manufacturers to see the problem Lifeking Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen City Shenzhen Lesiman Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Tobeco Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Kelo Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen KYX Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen RainbowHeaven Technology Co., Ltd.
I dont think anyone would dispute the v4 upgrade as being technically the best one yet but in terms of which is going to end up as a classic,I can t see past the v2

Well thank you for clearing that up.
On a preference note I didn't like the design of the V3 at first but it grows on you once you have it and I'm quite fond of it now. Also I love the fact you can fit all the attys with a bigger collar on in without an adapter.

Ok i could nt get into the looks but theres plenty like you that like it....marmite pops to mind

I personally think the vamo is an excellent piece of kit for someone 1st moving into the world of vv/vw vaping. It was my 1st vv/vw device a v2 SS version and I still have it now

I must admit I love the new Vamo. My only criticism is that tanks don't fit flush with the end cap. With some this can be a problem if they get too much air. Otherwise, it performs well and is extremely robust and easy to use.
I have the SS VE Version.
Jag. (Vaping on one right now ....)

it has now evolved to an oled version with the sculptured skin and the stainless plain skin is my understanding with a removable top cap to aid skirted atomizers

Well I think it can only be a good thing that they keep bringing new versions out. It gives people plenty of choice and the different versions seem to be getting steadily better over time
