Hi, I bought two expensive Ego C Twist batteries from here in July and much to my dismay both have broken already. I am trying to contact Paradise Vape, I know they have a good reputation on here so I am a little bit concerned that I don't seem able to get in touch with them?

The website is definitely up.
Or sent an email? You got the address when your order was confirmed.

Remember, it is the weekend, and this is a small business

Maybe send a text, then they can get back to you when they have time.

Paradise Vape have a very good reputation when it comes to issues.

When i had an issue with a product recently i sent texts to that number & got no replies, i also emailed a couple of times on the contact page & still got no reply, then after approx 10 days of getting nowhere i sent another email stating that i was not happy with customer service & why have a phone number on the web page when no one answered text messages.
James replied within 2 hours of that last email & said it was the first he knew of my problem & my problem was solved within 1 day.
