Check the resistance on it. It sounds like a battery issue to me as your resistance is to low, but without a picture I could be wrong.
As I said earlier, 3 wraps on a single coil of 2mm silica will come in at around 1 ohm, double the coils and you have half that resistance.

will add this the dual coils on the iclears i think use res/non res wire,due the distance down that tube so, do you think i should order .25 kanthal for a dual coil? No, I have used several dual coils with .2 kanthal. The bigger the kanthal the less resistance there is in it. It just means you can get more coils with a lower resistance. Put it on a vamo and find out what resistance it is at. You should do this after every re build of a coil for good measure and your own safety.

If i remember right you need to double the resistance of each coil to get the resistance you want with dual coils. Ie if you want to run at 1.5 ohm then each coil needs to be 3 ohm.
I had problems with my igo w till i saw a demo vid.
If your running at too little ohm it wont fire up.
