Glad you got there in teh end YAY! but oh, am so relieved to hear its not just me, as I broke into a right sweat trying to uncap 4x 10ml taster bottles earlier - in an attempt to steep them newbie alert!! ( was also panicking at constant info about 'highly poisonous' )

Neither me nor my pliers (think jewellery) are butch enough to squeeze the two bits together but we did manage to wangle the top cap off - RESULT!! Hi pepperty, welome (can't do tagging atm, protection problem I think but hope you get a notification). 4 bottles sounds like a bad batch, poor you - this is the first problem of this kind that I have encountered. Soooooo pleased that it is now sorted. By the way, have I mentioned how fantastic Mrs Lord & Co's Ginger Nut juice is?

You could also try putting it in a door jam, then shutting it enough to grip, push bottle & turn, only enough to free it & do the rest by hand, or else you'll end up with a puddle. It works a treat.

I'm obviously not the only person to receive a new juice that can't be opened. The 'removing the outer cap with pliers by brute force' method seems a bit better than the possibility of losing one's juice by 'sticking it in a door jamb' method - you must have been really desperate, Jess! I was really looking forward to the Ginger Nut and I am so glad that I didn't lose any through more drastic measures - if I had any left at all then I would have been devastated. Did I mention that it's gorgeous?

I'm actually quite excited about trying new flavours, this one you have sounds delicious ( can you say delicious for nicotined flavoured vapour?)
I probably didn't have faulty lids, I just have carpel tunnel + struggle to open a packed of biscuits let alone a teeny tiny fiddly bottle cap!
