Help needed from a superior being.

I've just upgrade Trend and I can't tag anyone (I can't get onto facebook properly either, information which may help). I've lost the AAEC and proboards banner at the top of the page and I have to sign in again every time I log on: it's a pain and I'm sure it has to do with security settings but I don't know how to sort it out. My BBC news page isn't showing properly either. I generally use firefox but can access facebook through chrome - though it looks odd. Any advice much appreciated but please don't go too techy on me.

I have had changes to my PC too, I think it has something to do with MS latest download?

Hi Phoenix - I went through the support stuff for Firefox and followed their instructions on clearning my cache - that seems to have done the trick (don't know if that's the same as temporary internet files)

yup as good as, don't forget to run a system defrag in the near future, as your disc is likely to be well and truly fragmented.

Phoenix . it's best to google "how to clear temporary internet files in (name of browser)" as they all have their own methods of doing it. Some browsers also call it a cache. If you can't find instructions let us know what browser you are using and your operating system and I'm sure someone will be able to help.
