Cleaned, recoiled and juiced up ready. Will leave it for a while for wick to soak juice then see how we get on. Good luck, I had the same funky taste initially because I'm impatient! It's gone now though ( Super-Shiny will be horrified ) Still got a funky hint to mine, but it's not out of my mouth long enough to clean it, vaping through it like a man! it's nearly gone now Sent from my GT-I9300 using proboards

john , I read the tagged thread and thought....I don't have a Fogger and as I was looking further at your photo`s, I found myself staring at a great looking coil, made by someone who has done many micro coils before (I do hope I don't have a coil fetish) I am so glad that the Coil Buddy works for you and thanks for your kind appraisal. Cheers Neil

@john2k5 that is an awesome coil, I'm going to have to try that now! It makes sense that the o ring goes back on as there is nothing g for it to "pinch". Also have you found that too much cotton doesn't work? Or does it just hold more e liquid.?

gapy360 I've just packed it down pretty tight and hoped tbh No scientific methods here, there's a lot more cotton in there than you would think so I reckon the more the merrier! There's a little initial flooding but the the cotton just seems to soak it up after a few drags and it's good until refilling again. Thanks Greigster, I'm pretty proud of it! I've tried 2 before I got the Coil Buddy and failed miserably, this one was the first attempt with it and worked great. Hope it's not beginners luck!

johnThere is no reason why you should not be able to repeat your perfect coil, time and time again as there are no real variables in the "buddy". Where as by hand, different tension, different angles and even the weight of your cardigan sleave etc. will effect the final outcome.

Help! To begin with - I had great success with the fogger and cotton wool. I mean vaping like a steam train - fantastic. Then it has gone pretty "wrong". Can't remember if I was using .20 or .25 wire? Was I wrapping the coil around a 2mm rod? Or around the screw driver that came with the fogger? Was I using 5-6 wraps or 10 wraps? Now I'm completely lost. For loads of vapour - which combination of the above would the more experienced fogger users think might get me back to the fantastic results I was getting before? Appreciate any help advice on this. It is just so ordinary now - it's disappointing...

Hi, I think I use a 1.5 or 2mm former, it's an electrical screw driver so don't know exactly and 7-9 wraps (haven't made a new coil in a while as I just fry burn it after taking out the cotton wool) . Also make sure you give it a good clean out as I notice sometime the airflow gets tighter. Good luck!
