I currently use an ego 1100 battery with a mini protank. But i am lacking the flavour.
I plan on upgrading to a vamo eventually and a spinner for when out and about.
But meantime i want to buy a newer better tank which will serve me well on current battery and future vamo.
I hear good things about the hypertank. Iclear30. Boge. Protank 2.kayfun. but which is the flavour king?

I reckon the mini protank is as good as iclears, novas, boge cartos etc. for flavour.
The power available is important, and the liquid you use too.
Obviously, a top atomizer will be better.

Someone has said that the hypertank from healthcabin was awesome. Better than protank ? Anyone tried one? I fail to see how a tank that uses same coil heads can be any different

I personally think all the tanks your describing in your first post are to big for an Ego, I agree with djs that if you want a tank that looks sensible on an ego then the mini protank or iclear 16 is the way to go. Although I could be completely wrong and you don't care about the look of the device and if that is the case then world is your oyster On the vamo then the atty options open up in my eyes. But to answer your question out of those you posted, then the kayfun is king by a million miles (although I have not tried an Iclear )

If your question is 'which is flavour king' then the answer is the Kayfun. If looks are important a Kayfun 2.1 Mini will sit on an ego format battery very nicely and won't look out of place when you upgrade to a Vamo or similar. If budget is important then +1 for the mini Protank.

Try recoiling your existing heads.
I have only just recoiled my first protank head and I can taste the difference. It's much more flavoursome. Plus you already have the mini protank, so it's only a few pence in materials (well, you have to buy 1m minimum at a time admittedly, plus postage).
I will be getting a Kayfun at some point mind you. But at the moment, I'm loving my recoiled protanks (I have one mini and one protank 2 recoiled thus far).

The Davide looks like the Protank 2, what's the difference between them?

I think my tastebuds are useless. I might try .3 kanthal and try coiling at 1.0 ohms to see if that makes a difference

If you want to go down to 1 ohm or less snout71 you will need a mech mod, almost no VV devices will cope with less than about 1.2 ohms.

If you get a VV/VW device you don't need to go down to 1ohm or below. You can just crank up the volts and you will get the same effect.
I will say if you are set on going down the route of mech MOD's and low ohm vaping then please read up on battery safety.
