Being a newbie sort of lol was liking your link and noticed in the pic the battery connection looks differant to mine but they both say 510 would there be an adapter in there or would it be something I would need to get ?

No need for an adaptor essexsoulgirl. Should screw straight on to your battery.
What battery and clearo are you using at the moment?

Ego fits the outer thread (Like ce4 & ce5 etc) and 510 fits the inner. So if you are using ego type batteries then you would need some kind of beauty ring to make it look nice essexsoulgirl
