I have a broken vamo and a usb charge board ... the charge board has 4 terminals ... 2 marked Batt + & - ... and the other 2 marked N+ and N- any clues please

The + and - battery connections go to the respective battery terminals, and i think the N+ and N- are in case you wish to add your own connector, you are using the on board USB port, the N+ and N- are not needed.=
Got a picture of the board so i can confirm what i am saying.

Will work on a pic ... What you say makes sense ... the N+&- are each side of the usb socket. So I guess I just connect the Batt + & - to my terminals along with the feeds to the 510 ...
