Hi barrynorton, It comes with one head installed and 2 spare heads in the pack. Mine arrived today and I am impressed with its performance. Much stronger taste and much more vapour. I will need to run it for a few days to compare battery life and e-juice usage, but it is all looking good at the moment. The Aspire will not suit those that are into rebuildables but for Simpleton Vapers like myself, its the Dog's Doodahs.

Filled it today and left it for 8 minutes before vaping.
First couple of vapes fine then the gurgling started and next dripping out the 510 thread end.
Drained the juice out re-checked that the coils was in correctly and tight. Made sure the top and bottom were on correctly and tight. Filled it up again,(only half way), and the same thing again.
Even took it off the MOD and watched it slowly drip from the 510 thread area.
Before I put a new coil on it, which I think is the problem I am waiting the hear from the seller.

Griff Griff did you strip it down, wash all the parts to remove any manufacturing debris and check that all 'o' rings were intact and properly seated before reassembling the clearo? It would surprise you the amount of debris that there can be in a new device and almost a half of any new clearos that I have received have had an atty that was slightly loose .... never rely on the production worker's skill ... check everything yourself before putting juice in.

@freefromsmoking thanks for the advise.
I put all my new tanks through an ultrasonic cleaner before use for the very reasons you state.
I did this with the Aspire BDC straight out of the box and the issues I mentioned happened.
As I said I can only think it is a DOA coil as it drips through the 510 thread, which is why I am waiting for the seller to contact me before I put a new coil in.

Griff I think Phil Busardo mentions this problem in his review and said it was caused by insufficient air ... in his case it was because his provari top cap didn't have any airholes and there were no air way slots on the aspire that he was testing. Btw I hope you don't think I was being patronising in my first post but some folk don't realise the need to do a pre-use clean and inspection.

@freefromsmoking I most definitely didn`t think you were being patronising. I took it that you were trying to help, which you were and was very much appreciated as I may not have realised about cleaning new tanks.
I have taken a look at the video you suggest, although I am not experiencing any problems with tightness of draw, which indicates to me that on the MOD`s I have tried it on are not giving issues with insufficient air.
I have had a reply from the seller and they have said check the "O" ring on the coil, which I have and can`t see any incorrectly seated problems. They also said try a different coil, which is what I am going to do and fingers crossed that will be the issues.

I am using the Aspire, straight out the box, no cleaning, no stripping down and no leaking.
I am vaping with a Tzmax and I am using 70/30 Royal tobacco e-juice and although I did experience some condensation about mid afternoon, this cleared itself after a couple of tokes.
I have now been using the Aspire since lunchtime, about 9 hours now on 6w and the battery is lasting well.
Indeed I am so pleased with this unit that it is goodbye Viva Novas and come to me, Aspires!!!!

The reason I ask is that I would usually find my sweet spot with a single coil around 6 watts but with a dual coil iclear30 I need to up it to around 9 - 10 watts. I was wondering if the Aspire would be the same.

Hi @freefromsmoking, lately I have been using Viva Novas and for a few months I was on 7.5 to 7w. But of late I have been cutting that down to 5w. Basically because at 7w I was constantly having to clear my throat and this got worse later in the day. I am trying the Aspire at 6w (kind of splitting the difference) and I will see how it does at that. Quite frankly the taste I am getting I am happy with the 6w, but if I get the throat problem again, I will cut it to 5w.
On the Tzmax, 5/6w gives me a battery life of around 14 hours and this is ideal for me. IE. one 18650 battery does all day.

Griff I had the same problem with the first Davide BDC I got, liquid just slowly drained out of the 510 thread - drained a whole tank over my Vamo when I left it unattended for a couple of hours - I think the issue is something to do with the threading or the O ring on the extra ring that fits between the bottom of the chimney and the metal bit where coil screws in - got the same problem with both the coils it came with but if you removed the extra ring and the little plastic bit that fits in the chimney it turns back into a normal single coil Davide and there were no leaks when used with a normal Kanger coil. The replacement one I got had no such issues but its clearly not an isolated problem if its affecting some of the Aspire ones too
