Yesterday 23/10/13 Ordered 100ml juice from Health-e-Vape ... Paid for next day courier. Received 3 emails confirming order, processing and DISPATCHED!!! Today stayed at home waiting, waiting, waiting ... Emailed Callum at HeV, 10 mins later, email from Interlink stating 24 Oct 2013 15:46 Sittingbourne Parcel details received, awaiting receipt of your parcel Delivery 25th (Tomorrow) Phone call from HeV ... Excuse ... We make up the juice on the day ... and the emails are sent as orders move through the process of processing No other reason was given but stated that Next Day delivery did not ALWAYS mean the order would be delivered the next day following the order BUT the day following dispatch unless the order was processed before 15:00 (which according to the date stamp on the emails from HeV and PayPal my order was) Callum did offer to try to talk to Interlink and get it rerouted as I am away from home tomorrow for a couple of weeks in the Lake District (difficult to deliver to a tent ) halfway up one of several feckin' hills!!!!! What he did not do ( which really pis*~d me off) was offer any form of apology whatsoever !!!

Moral of the story when ordering anything on line - don't wait until the day before you need it.

Sorry you've had a bad time but I have to say that customer service from Callum in my experience has always been outstanding. I ordered 200mls of juice and they arrived with some leakage. I emailed him and he emailed straight back telling me that he was resending my entire order, no charge. They arrived the next day. I guess once he's shipped a parcel it's the same as us - completely out of his control. And he may have been trying to sort things out for you behind the scenes. I would never leave it that late to order juice - you can't rely on any of the postal services in my opinion.

Jacquif, I do not, under normal circumstances rely on 'next day deliveries' but suffered a mishap with my juice stock. and as for

That would have been acceptable EXCEPT that he sent an email saying dispatched when it hadn't!! and as at 15:59 TODAY it still hadn't !!

Found Callum very good,found a few others who you pay for next day means 2day wait,things happen,pain in bum when you really want something

I have used Callum before ... and for the same product. Perfect service last time ... that's what is so bloody frustrating!!

I feel for you, nothing worse than juice stocks at critical level when going away. I have only used HeV once on my last order and was very happy with the service (it doesn't help buy I can only speak as I have found) One thing you didn't mention was what time you placed the order. When I have found my self in this situation I have normally phoned the vendor and explained my dilemma and they have normally done all they can to help, One plus is that he has offered to try and reroute the package which personally I think is good of him. I hope you get you juices somehow and the camping trip is ok (I've seen the weather for the weekend :-$
