Atmistique

Having recently ordered from (and worked through a problem with) atmistique.gr I thought I'd share my good experience.

I ordered a Hippo V2 from them after receiving an email notification that they had it in stock. The issue arose when I received my parcel from them and found they had accidentally packed a 'Twins' extension for the Provari. I immediately emailed Atmistique and was pleasantly surprised when they answered within about 20 minutes to apologise.

Once they had worked out what had happened they gave me the option of either returning the 'Twins' or they said I could choose to keep it for a payment. For this option they gave me their Paypal address and said I could pay whatever I felt was fair given the circumstances. All along they were extremely polite and apologetic.

In the end I decided to keep the item so to be fair I paid the RRP (about £20). The main person dealing with me replied that I had made his day and he hoped I would except a small gift with my order.

When my Hippo arrived he had also included a SS drip tip that sell on their site for nine Euros.

Altogether I understand that they made the initial mistake but the problem was dealt with exceptionally quickly and politely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

When I bought my Diver (flangeless) from them I found that their coms were spot on and very quick.

I will defo use them again in future.
