I have never had to wait more than 14 wk day's from China... till now ! Whatever the issues of this particular instance are @frankiestine, then you've been very lucky . . . I've waited 4/5 weeks in the past for free China shipping, even without a holiday to delay delivery. If you've not paid for DHL or EMS shipping, then ' tracked ' delivery means diddly squat in all honesty. Perpetua, I know that, Chinese tracking was just mentioned in OP but was seized upon, whilst the subject matter was completely ignored. FT had plenty of time to prepare for so called clamp down yet still obviously got caught out. I heeded the warning about batts and didn't order any. I placed an order to check quality & service intending to put further order in for Christmas, it's already looking like I've left that too late !

As far as I can see all the Chinese supplier that use Hong Kong post are having problems .. I ordered gear from Health Cabin before my last 3 Fasttach orders but the only one that hasn't arrived is the Health Cabin one as Greendollar say's seen it happen every time they have a decent holiday .... If you are not prepared to wait between 3 and 6 weeks for cut price vaping kit I don't think buying from abroad is for you TBH ANOTHER SELF APPOINTED 'ADVISER' Completely missing the point of the original post, if read at all (clue is in the banner)TBH. One more time just for you.... FT caused this mess by not only ignoring the rules, but trying to sneak items through security. Dishonest ? Simply after the lucre ? Wrapping loose lithium cells in tinfoil, genius idea that ! Understandably resulting in HKP rejecting all packages from FT until they complied. And FYI, since the National Day I have placed & received an order from HK containing two electrical item's with batteries installed, SEVEN wk day's to my door ! I have never had to wait more than 14 wk day's from China... till now ! Suppose it could be worse ... I could be an obnoxious agumentative twat that has a smart ass answer for everyone that answered me. It costs nothing to be civil RANT OVER WHAT DO YOU MEAN "Could be" ??

A slow boat to China. You can get stuff from China delivered within two weeks (14 days) providing you pay for the correct shipping. I've tried to stay out of all the Fasttech debates, but frankly this one almost beggars belief. The OP makes a very good point. As for the knock offs and clones ... well ... I like a good laugh. Jag. (I pay extra, but everything works ....... )

I have no problem with Fasttech all of my orders so far have arrived within 3 weeks except this last one which has now taken 4 weeks, 2 of those weeks however the parcels were stuck at Singapore Post, tracking saying not found, unfortunately they were dispatched 2 days before the holiday so were probably shoved to one side and forgotten about but the were sent out on the 18th and are now in this country (customs and RM to worry about now), I have also received batteries wrapped in tin foil from FT, I call that good customer service in trying to help all they can. I ordered a Vamo around 3 week back and a 3.1 clone a week ago and have a parcel waiting for me at home. The Vamo was standard mail and the 3.1 clone was free air mail.
Just waiting to get home and see which one it is.

I must have been lucky as I ordered a few things from fasttech on the 12th Oct, they automatically removed the batteries from my order and refunded the cost.

There a lot of people who should not be importing goods from China in my opinion, but they can't bear to pay UK prices.
