The answer to this is simple - just borrow son of Super-Shiny and he will give them good lick He does charge £50.00 per hour but his damm worth it, your windows will stay clean for years due to his cleaning solution he uses  |

lol thanks all, at least I'm not the only one that's seen the film (not saying sticky residue anymore!) on windows or whatever.
Yes, I was worried about the possibilities of whats on my insides, but I'm sure it must be a whole lot better than what I would've had from ciggies!

I have noticed my spectacles get a bit more smeary but I'm not sure if that is directly related to vaping or whether it is my dog who now likes to nuzzle me and sometimes her nose smears my glasses. I think it is a good thing when my dog can't get close enough to me now whereas before she used to keep her distance.

I mainly use PG-heavy juices but when vaping any with more than about 20% VG I've noticed that everything the vapour touches gets a bit sticky. (And it's a b*ggar when you get a 'sticky residue' on your eyeballs!) But it's only glycerin - it should pass through your body without causing any problems.
