The dvla phone maze is designed to be inpenitrable, if you can work out the
Secret code to get through to a real human they are not normally any more help
Than the recorded message. They are the last bastions of civil service indifference

when you get to the options dont press any buttons just hang on it should take you through to a human ,ive used this trick a couple of times to various organisations it may work or it may not just say you got old fashion phone if they query it

Didn't have much staying power today. I think spending 35 minutes trying to get through was enough today.  |
