hi everyone (specially the mixers). I've recently bought a whole of capella flaves and i've tried mixing some individually and the results have been a bit weak, despite steeping time and using 20% flav. This is with fruit flavours such as blueberry and green apple and also bullhorn. I'm wondering if i need to increase the percentage or - and heres the weird thing - decrease it. See, i've heard that the flavour can be compromised if you use too much and some people would regard 20% as too much. And the chocolatey and puddingy ones arent up to much either. Anyone have any knowledge in this department? What do other ppl mix at with capella flaves? Cheers.

PS. They all smell lovely, regardless of strength.

20 - 25% does it for me and my taste buds are pretty much shot .... I have only used their chocolate mint (20%), strawberry and cream (20%), peaches and cream (20%) and their Irish cream (25%).

As above, usually around 20%, but i had some Capella Green Apple, and to me its quite weak, so i ended up using it as a mixer in other recipes.
Didnt Romelee or Ash do a Spreadsheet thingy on google, that lists all the different flavourings and percentages?

OMG that first spreadsheet says 9.5% for double choc and 8% for pralines - I use them both together at 20% double choc and 10% pralines !!!!
