hmmm, I read somewhere (don't ask me where) that the lower the ohms the lower the voltage and wattage, the higher the ohms the higher the voltage and wattage

It is all so very confusing to start with, yes I do have to agree there

Just changed my juice from banoffee cream to candy twist, so will see if the new juice makes any difference to the settings I'm currently using. Mind you those settings also worked for butterscotch.

Best way to do it peeps is to start low, have a toot, turn it up a bit, have a toot and keep going until it tastes burnt, as soon as it tastes burnt back it off a bit till it doesn't and bingo you have hit your sweet spot.

Remember each person, each juice and each atty will have its own sweet spot but they will all be fairly close.

If your looking for juices try healthevapes, prices are OK and they have a massive selection. I have tried ice age and blackcurrent ice, both were good. Added advantage is that they don't sell shinnies Sony of can't get distracted

Pepperty it's really not that difficult... the highe the Ohms of the coil, generally the higher the voltage you need to put through it to vapourise the juice best

ego - the bigger diameter threads, external on the connector, 510 smaller, threads internal to the connector... easy, see ??

There is some confusion on this thread about VV/VW devices.
Please remember the battery always delivers VOLTS to the coil.
On a variable device you get to tell it how may of those volts to send.
In variable voltage that is simple, it will just send what you asked.
In variable wattage then things become a little more complicated.
The battery still sends volts, but it calculates how many volts based upon a
Calculation. You tell it how many watts, it reads the resistance of the coil, from
That calculation (ohms law) to now knows how many volts you want sent.
So, if you have a variable voltage variable wattage mod, you do not set both
Things up. If you set the volts, then set the watts, the device will now work out
The final setting based on the watts you asked for. Work the other way round
And it will just send the final volts you told it.
So to sum up, set one and you have set them both, switch from one setting to the
Other and changing that, means you have set it twice and it just goes with the second setting.

yes, I gathered that the wattage is more automatic ( P on itaste) and the voltage is more manual? ( U on my itaste) from reading forum but I'm not really 'getting' why yet, but least I can work out that some juices taste nicer at different wattage so I just start low, and move up until it juice tastes most pleasant

Edit: I use my itaste on the (P)ower setting and start as low as possible to try and minimise the drain on the battery.
