I went to a firework display on Saturday with the grand kids. I had to park on the edge of the footpath so that my wheelchair in sink into the quagmire that was once grass! This meant all the people entering the park had to walk past me.

There I was, sat minding my own business puffing away on my SID, when half a dozen of the local oiks passed by me. Suddenly I heard one of the pimply boys pipe up... "OMG... Check out the old granny she's toking a shisha!!!"

I don't know what offended me more... Being called old, or, being accused of using shisha!!

Why do people think you are deaf when in a wheelchair? It's my legs that don't work, not my ears ya numpties!

Fair point I guess.

It did also make me think afterwards about the issues raised about kids getting into vaping. The shisha thing must be getting big amongst the kids after hearing that. Not good for us vapers me thinks as nobody will know the difference.

I agree Blownupdolly, from what I understand the disposable shisha pens have no nicotine but I've just seen bottles of ejiuce with shisha written on them in the usual nicotine strengths, for the rechargeable versions, so this is just what the anti ecig campaigners have been waiting for, non smoking teenagers being tempted by pretty shiny fashion items, just what we don't need

Yep,this is the problem. Both are exactly the same apart from nicotine added to the liquid. Not at all good for our cause.
