Are you letting the green light go out when it is on charge?
When you say sheared off, which part? any pics?

Assuming the battery is being fully charged, even using it at maximum voltage with a low ohms atty it should last a lot longer then 1 - 2 hours. That coupled with the poor performance of the iclear 16 would make me get onto the vendor for replacements or a refund.

You should clean the contacts on the battery and the charger and then fully charge the battery. You would then need to check the output voltage of the battery with a multimeter when fully charged ... it should be around 4.1 - 4.2 volts. If not, then either the battery or your charger are faulty.

No need for a multimeter on an itaste mini - it has one built it - just hit the + & - when its fully charged and it will give the voltage of the battery
But yeah the 800mah battery is a bit rubbish on these little babies but they should be comfortably lasting more than a couple of hours
Glass clearo - to use with an itaste mini it has to be a mini Protank or mini Davide really

I use the new Aspires which I can't praise highly enough and a few iclear 16s. You would then need to check the output voltage of the battery with a multimeter when fully charged ... it should be around 4.1 - 4.2 volts. If not, then either the battery or your charger are faulty
OH N WHERE TO GET ONE OF THEM If you don't have a multimeter then the only thing I can suggest is making sure that the battery charge indicator on the itaste is glowing green when you fire it up when fully charged

There are the aspire dual bottom coil clearos just out. @freefromsmokimg is the man for those and kanger are just about to bring out the dual coil protank 3 which looks very nice. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

I'm not a big fan of large tanks on slim batteries like egos and itaste mini's - yes you can buy a beauty ring but it still looks kind of wrong
Mini protank II all the way - not tried the aspire glass ones yet but I'm a bit off my Davide BDC currently - its good but honestly I prefer the single coil ones currently
