ok after my last post I have had a good look around and am looking at this set up for my first mech mod,

Great setup steven. I am being super picky here. Super-Shiny would be so proud lol but the taifun is 23mm wide and the nemesis is 22mm wide so there might be a tiny overhang or ledge there but as i say super picky lol.

The Nemesis and Taifun are good choices but I would forget about the kick clone and invest in a genuine evolv kick or kick2 .... like batteries you really do get what you pay for with electronics. The FT kick has been reported as needing filing to fit the Nemesis and packing up within 2 - 4 weeks ... you only have to look at photos of the clone and the genuine evolv to see the difference in quality.

There is a kayfun clone but sold out on ft there is another in the shopping china section

richo71 has a review of the Kayfun Clone and Nemesis Clone from modsandatties.com in the hardware reviews section of the site. They are not as cheap as Fasttech but closer to home and still a really good price.
