Just recieved a paypal notification that fastech have issued a refund for my vamo kit ordered at the beginning of October. No email from them explaining why or what happened. What a waste of time! Don't think I will be ordering from china again

Likely returned to them by HK Post as it contained batteries. Disappointing ? Yes, but at least you didn't have to chase them for a refund.

Exactly as above. Still a shame you have to wait so long for the disappointment. Re-order the body only, and a i4 charger, and get you batteries from Torchy in the UK. Best way all round really.

I ordered my Vamo (body only) yesterday. 5 days till shipping, 2 weeks for travel. If I've heard nothing in 40 days, then I'll panic.
No batteries or liquid in my order, just going to see what happens.
I think FT should stop accepting orders for Lithium batteries from the outside world, it would be fairer.
I feel for you.

I ordered my vamo v2 from Fasttech on the 18th October, only arrived on Friday battery included via HK Post but I have ordered some other bits & pieces including 2 batteries that didnt even make it out of the country :-(
I think they seem to be having alot of beef with HK Post & have now started shipping thru different postal services & ditched HK post. Hopefully the other carriers will deliver the goods cus its almost double the price to order a decent battery from the UK
