Greg the review won't be for several days so I thought I'd post some first impressions. The atty came in a smart box with spare o-rings, screws, glass tank, metal tank and plastic tank. The individual pieces look very nice and everything screws together well. The airflow adjustment, juice control and top fill work very well. I was in 2 minds about reviewing this device. I was sure it would be a good vape but it's so damn complicated and there's so many pieces. I couldn't remember how it all worked and didn't feel like watching another 40 minute review so I just bunged a quick single coil in there. 0.3mm kanthal 10 wraps round a 2.4mm screwdriver, came to 1.8ohms. I really like the 4 screws, you can trap your leads twice before snipping them. Very easy quick build. Cottoned and juiced in regular kayfun way. Filled the tank with 50/50 juice no probs. opened the juice control and I've been vaping away very happily at 15W. Absolute doddle to set up once you get your head around the juice control. I'm getting a stellar vape from this tank so far. Same great kayfun flavour but with improved airflow. No leaks, no drama, no dry hits and that was my first build with a kf4. Pretty impressed. Thanks to vapegeek for sending this to me for review

Is this the Moander clone paulymeatballs? same one as i have got, one thing to make sure of is if anyone has a loose base is inside the base is a tiny threaded ring nut that sits in a delrin insulator, underneath this is the flat head screw that may need tightening as mine did, only figured this out on video skype with Steve @ afm

According to Nat the manufacturer is Moretiger Tech. I did have the same issue with a loose positive block. I figured out how to tighten it up. Can't believe we have a 1:1 clone within a few weeks of the Original's release. How are you liking yours?

Yeah i know lol, looks the same as yours, ehpro have just come in stock to and they even provide the kit to change the airflow, i do honestly think that the days of £100 + atties for most people are gone, mine is working superbly, but being hammering the Atlantis since it came today, can i just say that i wish you and your family a very happy New Year, all the best Carl

paulymeatballs do you have a Genuine Kayfun ( I know you don't have a V4 ) that you can compare with it , vape wise ? The reviews that I've seen and heard so far say that it's not a big difference taste wise since the last model and other similar atty's. vapegeek you say this is a 1:1 clone , which I believe is 23.3mm wide at the widest point , will this fit straight into the Kato clone ring or does it need to have the ring removed ( on the mod ) , then put back on after the atty is fitted ? Do you have a genuine kick to see what battery size can be fitted ? Will it be a 18500 or a 18490 ? Thanks for any answers. Andy

Montana I don't I'm afraid. I've got several 3.1 clones and I'd rate the v4 above them. The flavour is about the same but the airflow is much better and that makes all the difference to me.

Andy Hi Andy, All I will say from going from KFL to Kayfun 4 (genuine - I'm assuming the clones will be similar) is that if you set it up the same, it pretty much tastes the same. What you can do with the k4 is open up the airflow, I'm currently using the s-kit which gives you a 2.7mm airflow. If you build it like a KFL but just increase the airflow then the flavour is more muted. Build a beefier coil and give it more watts and it far outperforms the KFL, but then it becomes a different type of vape. Its more finicky to get the taste right, I think the k4 is more forgiving wicking wise but less forgiving build wise to get the most out of the atomiser. Short answer, built like a KFL, its basically a KFL... but with some playing, it kicks its ass.

Andy Andy, The deck of the Kayfun is 22mm but the kato ring (I assume you mean on the hammer) is 22.8mm so you are going to get a little difference in there. If you gonna use kick in the hammer I'd recommend un-protected batteries, as they are a little bit smaller than the protected.

What I should have put is the model when describing the mod , the mod is the Kato box mod , not the hammer , hence why asking about whether the Kayfun V4 would fit without taking the top section off.
